Molecular diagnostic testing has garnered widespread recognition as a crucial component of animal screening, and PCR tests play a pivotal role in detecting pathogens across various species and sample types.

Our PCR tests hold particular significance in identifying viruses that may remain undetectable through serology testing, especially in immuno-compromised animals. This is achieved by Environmental Health Monitoring (EHM) sampling. EHM is a way of gathering information about the animals that can be done without direct sampling which has many benefits.

Additionally, viral contamination testing forms an integral part of our diagnostic animal screening process. Utilising PCR tests, we can efficiently detect viruses and other organisms present in cell cultures, as well as identify infections within tissues.
